Through sound strategy, Turk Law Group, PLLC is able to get you BENEFITS ELIGIBLE. This means that you do not need to be disqualified for one benefit in the pursuit of another. Our time tested strategies are typically geared at getting our clients V.A. and Medicaid eligible simultaneously with the initial strategy to provide care, at-home, with the assistance of having the V.A. subsidize our clients' age related expenses. This includes receiving ~ $2,000/month for such expenses as having a care provider; someone to prepare meals; cleaning services; transportation expenses, geriatric care, etcetera! If circumstances change, the overall plan has the ability to provide for services at an independent living facility, assisted living facility, and if Medicaid becomes necessary, benefits to cover skilled nursing (nursing home).

The V.A. benefit covers VETERANS, SPOUSES OF VETERANS, WIDOWS & WIDOWERS. Monthly benefits are as follows:

Single Veteran $1,830

Married Veteran $2,169
