Evan W. Turk, esq.
Founder of the firm. He is author of "Asset Protection by Design" as a result of his experience on and off of Wall Street and as an attorney. His acumen in finance, business and law provides the basis for the firm's unique strategies. His personal counsel clients include high net worth individuals, business leaders, professional athletes and entrepreneurs. He forms solid relationships with clients seeking financial strategies that involve access to the best financial professionals with proprietary asset protection strategies.
Mr. Turk is admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey, is duly qualified and appointed with the United States Tax Court and accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University and his undergraduate degree from the College of New Jersey.
Mark A. Olivera, Esq.
Lead counsel. His background lends to his leadership in the Elder Law, Estates, Trusts and Probate areas of the firm. He works with our affiliates and their clients in a comprehensive approach to benefits and planning. He has 10 years of law experience in South Florida.
Working with home health care agencies, assisted living facilities, hospitals, veterans and others serving the elderly; he steps forward as a legal liaison for families and professionals needing direction in the areas of Medicaid benefits and VA Aid and Attendance. His probate and guardianship experience, aid in cases that require litigation.
Mr. Olivera earned his Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University. He holds a Masters in Business Management from Florida State University and his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida.

Of Counsel. Practices corporate and business law with a focus on helping serve the business needs of companies both small and large. She has worked extensively in matters involving medical marijuana and legal recreational cannabis with a history of providing legal corporate guidance with regulatory compliance support.
She has written comprehensive articles on legal topics primarily related to the cultivation of cannabis and management of dispensary businesses as guidance for professionals in the field to understand where current regulations stand and the anticipation of where the ever-changing legal landscape may wind up.
She earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University Law School, and her B.A. in Criminal Justice, Magna Cum Laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is admitted to the bars of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Wendy Bader, cota
Senior Consultant, is a nationally certified and licensed occupational therapist. Her team of consultants can address many of the safety and independence needs for our planning clients. Her years of experience providing care within residential and inpatient settings, have merged with her clinical skills and ignited a passion for aiding independence and aging in place.
